Now in its third year, Ce lo Corto Film Festival is an international film festival in Bologne, Italy, dedicated to short films and other innovative audiovisual forms. The five-day program premieres at the TPO (Teatro Polivalente) from November 24th as well as online. A multipurpose entertainment venue, TPO is a popular landmark that brings people for both entertainment and social causes.
Forgotten is one of 10 films selected for the Animazione program, arranged to explore the narrative language and the innovative potential of the animated short and the experimental techniques that characterise it.
Ce lo Corto is organised by Kinodromo, a cultural association founded in 2012 with the aim of promoting independent cinema through new and shared fruition spaces. As Palin Magazine writes, the aim of the festival is "to give visibility and create a space open to the debate on the moving image through five days".
